We are committed to delivering quality recruitment outcomes for both the candidates we represent and the clients we serve.

·       That candidates will secure employment

·       That clients will find suitable candidates

·       The accuracy or completeness of job descriptions or candidate information

All hiring decisions remain the sole responsibility of the employer.

5.   Candidate Information and Shared Content

By submitting your details, CV or other personal information to us, you acknowledge and agree that:

·       Your information may be shared with potential employers for recruitment purposes

·       You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information you provide

·       You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us

When you share content with Align Infrastructure, you provide us with a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to collect, use, hold and disclose the data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at www.aligninfrastructure.com.au/privacy-policy.

The rights you provide us to utilise your content are limited solely to recruitment purposes. This licence continues until this agreement is terminated or until such time that we are legally required to retain the data to meet any statutory, regulatory or other legal obligations.

This involves processing and storing information, and sharing such information with prospective employers and clients. Align Infrastructure does not hold intellectual property rights over the data and material you share. You are responsible for ensuring the data shared with us is correct, accurate and up to date, and you must inform us of any changes to information you have shared with us.

6.   Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging with Align Infrastructure acknowledge that:

·       Final hiring decisions are their sole responsibility

·       They are responsible for verifying candidate suitability, qualifications and references

·       Align Infrastructure does not warrant the performance or suitability of any candidate

Our terms of business will be applicable under each placement or assignment arising from an introduction made by Align Infrastructure. All clients for whom we provide recruitment services will be provided with a copy of the relevant terms of business applicable to them.

7.   Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Align Infrastructure excludes liability for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort, statutory duty or otherwise, whether reasonably foreseeable, arising under or in connection with our services. This includes:

·       Use of, or inability to use, our website

·       Reliance on information provided through our services

·       Any recruitment outcomes or hiring decisions

·       Use of, or dependence on, any content presented on our website

If you are a business user, we will not be liable for:

·       Loss of profits, sales, business or revenue
