Align Infrastructure was founded by two engineers who met while delivering one of Europe's largest infrastructure projects, HS2, in London.
Having worked on major civil projects ourselves, we experienced first-hand the challenge of building high-performing project teams. We also saw the recruitment process from both sides of the table; as engineers looking for the right opportunity and as project teams trying to find the right people.
Too often, recruitment in construction becomes a numbers game. CVs are sent, jobs are advertised, and everyone hopes for the best.
We believed there was a better way.
Align Infrastructure was built on a simple idea: engineers are best placed to understand engineers.
Because we've worked on site, managed subcontractors, coordinated design, delivered programs, and dealt with the realities of project delivery, we understand what separates a good engineer from a great one. Technical capability matters, but so do attitude, communication, leadership potential, and cultural fit.
For our clients, this means access to engineers who are assessed through the lens of project delivery, not simply keywords on a resume.
For our candidates, it means conversations with people who genuinely understand the challenges, opportunities, and career decisions that shape the construction industry.
Today, Align Infrastructure partners with contractors and engineers across Australia to help build stronger project teams, deliver better outcomes, and create careers that align with long-term goals.
Because successful projects start with the right people.
