Align Infrastructure are seeking Site Engineers to join a major infrastructure project based in Perth. This is a hands on role offering real exposure across a large scale programme of works, giving the right candidate the opportunity to develop practical skills across multiple civil disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out survey set out and confirm levels, alignments and tolerances on site

• Supervise site crews and subcontractors during daily construction activities

• Maintain quality assurance records including ITPs, test results and as built surveys

• Resolve site based technical issues and escalate constraints where required

• Provide daily progress reporting and support short term programme planning

• Ensure full compliance with safety, environmental and project specifications at all times

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related discipline

• Between 1 and 5 years of experience in civil construction across a number of infrastructure disciplines.

• Practical experience with set out, construction drawings and QA processes

• Strong communication skills with a proactive and solution focused approach to problem solving
