Align Infrastructure is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our client's team in Perth, a business with a strong track record of delivering civil and water infrastructure projects ranging from small community works through to large scale programmes.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and deliver civil and water infrastructure projects from inception through to completion

• Lead, support and mentor engineers, site managers and contract administrators throughout the project lifecycle

• Manage project budgets, programmes and resource allocation to ensure deadlines and targets are met

• Ensure full compliance with safety, environmental and quality standards at all times

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with subcontractors, suppliers and local authorities

• Provide clear and timely progress reports and updates to senior management

• Proactively identify project risks and implement practical solutions to keep delivery on track

• Drive continuous improvement across project delivery processes and team performance

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline

• 10 or more years of project management experience across civil or water infrastructure

• Strong leadership capability with experience managing diverse teams in varied environments

• Solid understanding of project controls, contract administration and resource planning

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Flexibility to travel and work away from home base for extended periods

• Australian or New Zealand citizenship required — visa support available for eligible candidates
