Align Infrastructure is seeking experienced Construction Managers to join a leading Contractor based in Perth. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a high profile project with overlapping disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects from initial planning through to successful delivery

• Manage project budgets, programmes and resources to ensure targets are met

• Ensure full compliance with safety regulations and industry standards at all times

• Work closely with engineers, subcontractors and key stakeholders throughout the project life-cycle

• Carry out regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality and programme

• Proactively identify and manage risks to keep projects on track

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline

• Minimum 12 to 15 years of post graduate experience in a project management or construction management capacity

• Strong leadership presence with excellent communication skills

• Sound knowledge of construction methodologies and delivery frameworks

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously
